The In Out window gives access to functions that affect your stock level. You can sell either with or without an invoice or simple book stock in and out.
Sell with an invoice. Any item added to the invoice will be removed from your inventory so you will always know your stock levels.
Use a barcode scanner to identify your products by their unique SKU. Alternatively you can use the mouse if you don’t have a scanner.
The products window allows you to add, edit, delete Products, Groups (product categories) or Locations.
You can also clone a product, search or show details of any product.
Keep track of your best-sellers and profit over any period.
Create accounts for your customers so you can email or print monthly statements.
Stock take function lets you easily update your actual quantities so your inventory is accurate.
You can set a warning quantity for each product so you never need to run out of stock again.
Print an invoice, receipt (requires receipt printer), delivery note or picking list.
Add your own logo to customise your invoices, either printed or emailed.
